When's the Earliest to Visit Cumberland or Norris this Spring?

New member (and boat owner here) and like everyone else, I'm sick of looking at the white stuff and ready to get the boat into the water. What is the earliest you would think the marinas at Cumberland or Norris would be open? I want to get some practice with the boat and time on the hook but don't want to be the only boat on the water or have to re-winterize afterwards.

Can't speak about Cumberland but there are a couple marinas on Norris that are open year round. This site should help.

A lot of cumberland marinas stay open all year. The typical contract for cumberland marinas opens around march 15. Still fairly chill at night but a lot of people start coming back down and getting prepared crusing during the day. Most swimming/water activitites happen around memorial day.
