This is a picture i took of a SEA Tow boat being used as a taxi at the Tobay Beach boat show. It was a 24' with 32 poeple on board. He was taking the passengers back to their boats that were anchored in the bay. i think he broke a few rules.

He is nuts... I have had the legal limit on mine which is 12 I think. And I had LP for everyone... Just running to/from an Island park 2 miles away to drop off teens...

I had 22 on mine at the Aquapalooza Party in Portland, OR last August. No pics, but we had a boat load.

12 is the most I've had on mine, and that's plenty. Suprisingly, the boat ran just as well with 12 as it does with 2.
I guess so... on a 1911 Whitestar Super Yacht

I had 8 on my 240 dancer, which was the limit. I had 6 sleep on it one night - that was interesting.

I've had 11 on mine - actually have 15 LP's on board but it was CRAMPED! Wont be a next time even though 5 of them were kiddos.

we had 14 on ours on Fathers Day last year. We stuck the kids up front and the little ones down below with a movie, and the adults sat up with us and in the rear lounge area. It was a lot of people but I love taking my parents out and my in laws.

Oh and I had LP's for everyone.

Cocktail cruise 16, dinner 6, overnite 4. We can do more for cocktails, probably another two before I would be concerned. Life jackets not an issue. People getting stupid cause us not to attempt the possible. We don't really do cocktail cruises for large groups any more because it's just not worth the liability, but we do serve dinner for 6 when we feel like it. That works well in just about any weather we encounter in west Michigan. We've had good times in heavy rain and 40 degrees, and summer nights are great as well. This boat works best for three couples in any weather.

On the 270 - I had 8 adults. Four of them were tipping the scales. Don't know yet on the 400EC. Does anyone know what is a good number? I know there are a lot of LP's on board.

I limit to six adults. There is no capacity plate on my 270. We enjoy rafting with other Sea Ray couples and cruising by ourselves. Our two young adults are in college and use the CV-23 for skiing and tubing. The 270 is the adult ride to relax on and overnight on. The 350 in the CV-23 is cheaper to run for quick boat rides....rated for eight? but five is ideal. I can put two people in the cudy but you don't see much!, Mike.

We had 21 friends and neighbors on our 300 DA, and went out to dinner (only about 2 miles each way)... Coming back at night was something I will avoid in the future... I think we were short a couple of life jackets...

On a 300?.....yikes. I'll take 10 guys over to Seattle to catch a game on our 300, but that's about my limit.

DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. WHAT YOU’VE HEARD HERE WAS ATTEMPTED BY TRAINED PROFESIONALS ON A CLOSED COURSE.

I have no desire to have that many aboard my boat.

Besides with that many there is always the risk of mutiny. :smt021
