What to use on the celing in the cuddy?

The stuff that is on there resembles low shag carpet. It is comming loose in spots and sagging, Generally in rough shape but it still works for how old it is. Looking for something to replace it that will conform to all of the bumps and sweeps on the celing and in the mid cabin.

Any suggestions? If it matters I am looking for something in the grey family of colors.
