What to do with sealand toilet

i have never used the series 960 sealand toilet and previous owner said he never used it (he also said he changed all the plugs last year...not) anyway, i took it out and its sitting in the garage and wife wants the garage cleaned out. is it worth keeping to put back into the boat (2000 210sd) for the added resale or it is trashed and just throw it away

Don't throw it away, it will make a difference on your resale. Store it in a large trash bag so the wife doesn't focus on it every time she is in the garage.

i has a liquid in it, if i put it in the atic, will it build up a gas and explode in the heat??

Flush it out first with a dissenfectant cleaner, you don't want to put a tank of sh!t in your attic.
