What Propeller do I need

I am a newbie to boating and boat ownership. i just purchased a 2000 Sea Ray 240 Sundancer and i need to replace the prop. Can anyone tell the factory installed prop or recommend a better prop. i plan to five to six people. i want a balance of speed and smooth ride

I have a 2002 S/R 240 dancer. Purchased in 2019. Had a 3 blade aluminum prop. Prop was nicked up etc. My boat was heavy in the stern and could not get up on plane.
