Need more pictures and information.

Welcome to CSR!

You really only have one option at this point if you don't believe in the published book value. List it at what you think it's worth, and then wait for someone to come tell you what they think it's worth. Old boats, even in great condition are only worth what someone is willing to pay.

I'd list it at 8,000, and see if you get any offers. If not, lower the price a little until you get some interest. You might find someone with some disposable income that loves the classics.

I think your right. I became a paying member and said best offer over $6000.00 Thank You For The Response

That thing is incredible - a real time capsule - I live in western MA and am really tempted to come take a look.......would be nice to have something to play with around here as we keep our cruiser in FL Hmmmmm.

put it on craigslist and market place and lower the price 500 per week , and then you will find the real truthful accurate liquid value of it, there is never ever shortage of boats,, but one like this is a truly rare lucky gem ,, it should be in searay museum,, it should be worth 12k or more,, but the way things are ,, no telling what you will get,, i got 74 22 srv overnighter in not quite this conditon , but motor is bad,, for 1100,, but it was a time capsule with 278hrs,,,, but probably on reman at least that was what i was told, , too bad they didnt winterize it ,, but other wise its in unbelievable conditon for its age,, but not quite this condition,, you have a beautiful rig for sure!

Chuck, hate to ask but what did you end up getting for this amazing boat? I just bought one out here in the PNW from a friend but it’s nothing like you pics. I hope it went to good folks.

Also, I’m a do it yourselver and have been searching for a 1974 boat manual. Any chance you have yours. The previous owner I snagged mine from was more of a hack than a craftsman. He did me right by the deal, but I need to keep this baby up.

I never even had a call about the boat. Still for sale. I don't have a manual from sea ray just both mercruiser books.
