I soon will hit the road with a 270 DA and tri-ax trailer. A few years ago we spent 8 glorious hours in a Wal-Mart parking lot on Labor Day Sunday trying to replace seized bearings. My maintenance in now better and I carry more tools and parts. I carry a DeWalt impact and cutoff tool 2 spares, bearings and bulbs etc.

What would you add to the list?

You may want to have a few wheel studs and nuts in case you strip one or more off. Also a few butt connectors and crimping tool. I'm sure more will offer.

Heavy duty jack stands and high lift bottle jack, spare wheel/tire combo, road flares, electrical tape and some extra wire for repairs. Fuses for the electrical system too.... how about an extra tie down strap(s) or longer rope in case of emergency, wheel chocks, bearing grease & grease gun. on long trips, I carry a torque wrench to insure wheel lugs are correct. Tire pressure gauge. darn, thats alot of stuff. hope you have a big rig! LOL.

I also have a 270 on a similar trailer that I have been pulling since 2001. I carry:

Two complete spare hubs with bearings and seals already installed and greased.

One spare tire mounted on a spare wheel.

A 12 ton two stage hydraulic jack

Two 4X4 wooden chocks

A 4 way manual lug wrench

A well stocked tool box

So far that has met all my needs.

A set of bearings, bearing grease, emery cloth, hub and spare tire, 8 ton bottle jack, tools to fit all nuts/bolts, spare lug nuts, a few cans of fix leak, 12v air compressor and most important, my AAA card.

most of above. would add a spare hub. ready to install.
you can rob parts off it or use complete.

i carry one complete with studs, lug nuts, bearings greased and installed, new bearing buddy just started, and a plastic plug in the axle hole on the back.

replacement hubs aren't to high. this way if i need it, a simple axle wipe, stick on the new hub. worry about the broken repairs later

In addition to everything else listed by others, I always keep a spare wiring harness with connectors, etc. Had to drop my trailer once, and while unhooking the lights, lo and behold, the connector broke... Better safe than sorry!
