(I can assure you the hwy rating they have is not driving over the speed limit)

I'm pretty sure I paid some sort of "guzzler" tax when I bought this car... and it guzzles... hauls ass... but it sucks fuel.

Oh wait. Did you mean MY cars or my PARENTS' cars???

Well I drive a 1998 740iL BMW with 151K miles and it reports an average of 23 MPG.
The wife has a 2001 Pontiac Aztec with 130K miles and we tow with a 1976 F350 camper special pickup my dad bought when I was in college. Guess we have not been doing our part to help the car industry all that much. Although we did try and help Pontiac with the Aztec purchase.

2004 MB E350 (daily driver)
1995 Chevy Z-28 convertible (summer driver)
2009 Buick Enclave (wifes)
2008 Honda Civic (daughter #1)
MTA #7 Train (daughter #2 living in Manhattan going to college on daddy's dime)
2008 Chevy Cobalt (daughter #3)
2005 Honda Accord (daughter #4)
and lastly...brand new drivers permit, no car daughter #5...she'd like a BMW, lol.
Notice who drives the oldest car???

Me - 2005 Infiniti QX56
Wife - 2005 Infiniti G35X

Note to Zorba: My Q uses spark plugs to haul my 260 DA all over the east coast with nary a hiccup.

I drive a 2001 Mercedes S500.... Your full of sh!t on the mileage.... That thing can cruise 90+ mph and it gets like 12-14 mpg....

If I drive mine 90 MPH it gets 12~14 MPG...if I drive it 70~75 I get 25+...I have a 7 speed...son:thumbsup: I have the ECU mod (courtesey of RENNTech) so I don't have a speed limiter...I run out of nuts at about 150...and yes I run "Z" rated tires. The car still has more...I don't.

You did exclude trailers. But the bigger issue here, what does your back yard look like!?!?! :wow:
