What are your plans for Labor Day weekend?

Working my 24 now, "Passing The Boot" at our local Wal-Mart 8-10am tomorrow and don't have to be back at the station until tuesday. we do one on three off. looks like rain this weekend for us though so i will try to go out saturday but have to stay close to the marina as we have no canvas (will purchase this winter) and it will be tough getting back to the marina in a thunderstorm getting soaked. Sunday and monday seem to be garbage weather around here.

Missing as in not in the boat. Guess im scrubbing my bilge tomorrow while I can get to ti.
 
Its in his garage. My marina owners were doing the heavy lifting for us. They had a family emergency and had to leave so no tractor to drop the motor back in.
 
I'm removing, cleaning the cockpit deck and then installing new cockpit carpet. I've got to return the snap installer to the carpet place. Looks great in my garage, hope it looks as good on the boat.

The fridge is full of beer, I think I'll be ok.
 
Finally got back to PCB last night. We'll be heading out to the gulf side of shell island, I'm sure the bay side will be a zoo.

Looks like good weather, we need it after July 4th week
 
Spending the long weekend in Colorado Springs visiting my daughter at the Air Force Academy. 1500 miles from my boat, but I hear its raining back home and its beautiful here! I'm looking forward to the Air Force Falcons opening football game! This will be our last Labor Day weekend here. My daughter graduates in May! Next year I'll go on the Kelly's Island cruise with fellow boaters from my yacht club (RVYC). Have a great boating weekend!
 
Nothing! To many paddle boats out on the river and creek....but come Tuesday I'm planning a trip down river to Newport News or Hampton...just to get out of town
 
We'll be up around Roosevelt Island in DC today if anyone else it on the Potomac!
So far weather has held out this weekend.
 
Sitting n the dock while the thunderstorms are overhead - just like all the other weekends this summer! Only 20 hours on the boat this season.
 
Sitting in Solomon's Island with some of my snobby friends enjoying the sunshine and company. (Sorry, Carter. Wish you were here!)
 
Sitting in circle of 39 boats having some fun. Rusty has made some new friends even though he's so shy! SRL sent a photographer out here and he was shooting pictures for about 12 hours yesterday and will be back today. There be a lot of pictures to follow...
 
Good deal. Glad that SRL was able to make the show. Marketing should be able to get some mileage out of that.

Send Rusty back in one piece. He is too valuable to become damaged goods from all you left coast boaters!

That's my story too in Boston. Oh well, I can try again to find a place where the new fluxgate compass works, and maybe get to go out tomorrow to see if I was right.
