What 4blade Stainless Steel Prop do I need for a 350 V8 2bbl Sea Ray 200

Hi Forum,

I hope you can share your experience with me. I had to upgrade my SBC from 305 to 350.
The old prop was left on the boat and now my full throttle rpm is above 5200.

I would like to upgade to a 4 blade stainless steel prop. My engine should have 230HP and my sterndrive has a gear ratio of 1.65 to 1.

What prop shall I use?

Mercurymarine prop selector does not goes back to 1994. That´s when my boat was build.

& overtons is not giving me a 4 blade.

Any other experience from other boat captains.

What pitch are you running now? If your at 5200. RPM wide open now I would add 4" pitch to reach 4800. If you go stainless and add a blade I would add 2" pitch.

My 2011 200 Sundeck, 350 mag, 300 h.p. came with a stainles 3 blade 21 pitch. I swapped it out with a 4 blade Merc 19 pitch. Best decisiona I ever made. Lost a couple MPH at top end but she takes off like a rocket
