$125K is not waterfront correct and you are just talking empty lots correct? Restrictions, maybe I should have looked at the site prior to hitting reply:wow:

It is my understanding that even the "quote" lake front lots will not be able to have a dock. Each lot will get a slip in the community dock when it is built? Hotlanta PM/Email me if you get a chance.
