John, I totally understand your point. Besides laying out plenty of money it takes great deal of analyses to draw a final conclusion if the upgrade is really necessary. It's not easy to justify an upgrade even in todays market. Let's not forget that you'll be hammered with sale price of your 340, even if you're traiding in. Also, speaking of 43 I would give Zues some time to build up the records and earn the trust. It's too new to invest in at this time, IMHO.
