Beauti day Georgian bay weekday.
Young Adrien did 2 laps of the boat on his first ever swim from the boat. He was afraid before because of the big fish with teeth. I assured him we weren't in musket territorry

Awesome. My kids are grown now. I miss those days. We would salmon/trout fish in the AM and stop for a swim around noon usually around Giant's Tomb. What cove were you in?

This was just around the corner of Penetanguishene bay at sucker creek. Tonight off the east side of beausoliel

One of my favorite anchorages for the day in that area is Little Beckwith... We spent a lot of time there over the years when the kids were small... You boat in the best area on the planet

The cove at Beckwith Island is beautiful, but just one of many fantastic spots. The only problem is our short summers. This year was a late start with the cold June, but July has been fantastic. The lake is now warmed up for great swimming finally, and its time to spend some time on the water.
