Is the weather around here ever going to get nice this year? I've lived here my whole life and I can't remember such a stretch of drab, cloudy, cold ass weather. I'm going to have to drive to So Cal to boat in the sun.:smt089

Weird I always think of sunshine and not a cloud in the sky when I think of Seattle

Robb, that's why you need to get up the San Juan Islands. That's the Banana belt for the weather.

My little 18' cruiser would sink headin up there. Maybe I'll sell my wifes Rover and get 280 or somethin'. She can always take the bus. HA HA

Robb, you could just drive over to the desert side of the state? We get over 300 days of sunshine over here.

That's a thought. My wife's looking up some info. on marina resorts on Lake Chelan. We like marine resorts so we can get a slip and come and go as we please. If the weatheer doesn't change soon I'm definately heading EAST.

RazorRobb, you should think about getting a bigger boat so you
can enjoy Seattle better. Just an Idea:huh:
Say a 30-40 with a kitchen, bathroom, heat, TV
on and on

RR, what did you end up doing this summer? Did you spend it in the San Juans, near Seattle or someplace else?

Robb,

You are always welcome in Sacramento. Over this past weekend we were 105 o Friday, 95 Saturdau and Sunday and 87 today. Not a cloud in the sky. We did a 3-day, 6 boat raft-up.
