Well we are officially Sea Ray owners once again after a 5 year hiatus with a Malibu. Looking forward to getting our new 2019 230SLX out on the water soon! We debated back and forth on finding a leftover 2018 as well as what 230 or 250 model we wanted and our dealer eventually offered us the same % off msrp on a 2019 compared to a leftover new 2018 we looked at so decided the 2019 was the way to go. We have owned several Sea Rays in the past and have always enjoyed them. Looking forward to starting our next chapter back with Sea Ray again!

Congratulations and post pics and options! My 230 SLX has been a great boat; I can't wait to hear your impressions. Definitely post in the 230 SLX thread, it's mostly just crickets in there now . . .

Yea from being on here some recently compared to years ago when we had our 310 Sundancer the sport boat threads seem a lot less used compared to the Sport Cruisers, etc.

I love the speakers on the swim platform, I wish I had that option on mine!

Yes I picked it up the end of June but we spend just about all of June & July in Michigan to escape the Florida heat. So far I have taken it out twice (1 of those being tonight). All I can say is I love it! It rides so smooth & feels huge compared to our previous Malibu. The SLX is only 2 ft larger but the larger beam & layout is great. The dual Simrads are pretty sweet as well. My kids haven’t been around yet but I’m sure they’ll love the stern with the huge sun lounge & submersible swim platform. It’s pretty cool to be able to control the radio & Simrads by my iPhone.
