Wax issues

:smt100Is there anyone out there that can help me with a good wax. I have a 34 Express and am looking for a good product for the above deck area that gets abuse from the sun. I boat in Lake Erie. Everything I use doesn't hold up.

I would agree. however, I have found that the Starbrite polish with teflon is a very good product. I use it on my RV, truck and boat.

Same here. I've been using this stuff for over ten years, and everything I put it on looks like new. Just two coats will last for a season, (so naturally I put on 6 to 8) and leaves a nice slick finish. Black streaks wash off without detergent. (dry microfiber cloth is all you need)

OP looking for a wax not a polish. I think there is a big different.

I used PTEF last year for the first time as well, know reason to switch, very good product. Call it what you want it protected the boat for the whole season and it is easy to use. What am I fourth, fifth or sixth, it?:smt038

Add me also. Scott sold me on it, and I'm very pleased to know that Bill uses it also. Unfortunatly I don't have any glistening hull shots to post, wait until its out of storage and I"ll update.

I use it on the boat, and both our vehicles. It does a great job.

We should send Hampton a bottle and get him off that Meguiars Flagship stuff .
