I have an '06 Sundancer and whenever it rains I find water around the sump box under the stairs leading into the cuddy... I eliminated the hoses... their tight with not leaks. Any suggestions on where the water is coming from???
It'd help to know what size boat you have. I've got a much older boat, but had a very similar problem. After much inspection I finally discovered the cockpit drain (right under the companionway hatch) fitting was cracked. Water was leaking from it, down onto a trim box in the aft cabin, and flowing outboard and then down into the bilge around the shower sump box.
Keith, this has actually been discussed quite extensively here. Did you happen to try using the search tool? It's not always the most cooperative, but I think with a little time you'll probably find more info than you want regarding this issue.
