I used a commercial product called "brown out". It's made to get water stains out of upholstry. I used it with a hot water extractor. It got 90% of the stains out. I have a couple really bad ones that I've been using some 3m oxy clean upholstry cleaner. That is working well also. I had a LOT of water stains and I'm pleased with the results so far.
