How do I replace the water pump impellers on my 2005 Sea Ray Sundancer 360 with 8.1 Merc Horizons?

The starboard side is easy to get to. On the Port side, I remove the exhaust hose from the elbow to the Muffler on the outside (closest to the waste tank). Put a piece of foam or old blanket on the engine cover to lay on (foam works good because it doesn't slide around) and hang upside down to remove the pump.
Definitely do the starboard side first, so you can get past the learning curve on the easy one. After viewing those threads, if you have any questions, let us know.
