I filled my water tank last year turn on the pump which pushed the air out of the faucets and then running water. This year the same thing bur Mt there was a leak and the water drained out. I filled the tank turned on the pump but now the pressure is not building up and i hear the pump running. Any thoughts?

Based on what you have written, it sounds like you have a leak and the reason the water pressure isn't building is because it's leaking. I feel like I'm kinda just restating what you wrote, though. Was there something else you wanted to ask?

Looks pretty simple, gotta leak!

The tank emptied because of the leak. I filled it but did not get any pressure. I could see where is was leaking but it was very slow. I loosened the connection at the pump to let out any air pockets. Water started to flow out, I tighten it up. I then open the drain valve at the bottom of the water heat to blead any air. I turned on the pump then the galley sink and bath sink started flowing. I then fixed the leak which was the pipe connection on the tank.
