My 1976- 24ft Sea Ray has a step down to the cuddy in the cockpit. There is a drain in the floor with a wooden plug in it. There is almost always water layingin there in the bilge and it won't transfer to the well in the stern so the pump will handle it. There is a tube in there to carry the water and its not clogged.Any ideas write here or my e-mail mbr6527857@aol.com
