I have a 2000 Sea Ray 310 that has a small build up of water below the seating/sleeping aft cabin area that soaks the carpet.
This is the lowest part of the cabin that dips down about 4 inches below the captains deck. There is a bilge pump below the carpet acess panels in the kitchen galley area but it is partitioned off and the water just sits on top of the carpet area. I have not pull up the carpet but did look in the side compartments and there is no water lines. Not sure where water is coming in.
Any suggestions?

Your water holding tank is most likely underneath that rear berth. It is there on my 2001. Remove the cushions and then unscrew the plywood to gain access to the tank. Check the water holding tank fitting to see if they are secure. If not when you fill the holding tank the water will overflow into the area you described. Had it happen to me
