Waste Cap Replacement

My stainless waste cap went overboard this weekend. Anyone know what/where the replacement part is for 44 Sundancer? I'm really trying to avoid going through the "trial and error" for the exact replacement part. I'm hoping someone can help.....Thanks.

Most pump out locations have caps for sale.

Any marina store I've visited had a few hanging on the wall for this very reason.

I believe yours was made by Attwood. It should be pretty easy to find at any decent marine store. The easiest would be to ask your dealer to get it for you - probably cost a couple more bucks that way, but it would take the least amount of your time.

I'm liking these. Especially for those that have 100% full service marinas so they can't get confused on what goes where.

Wonder if the threads are common on all deck fill thru hulls.

I like those caps ^^^. My advice, avoid the west marine version. They are ever so slightly oversized and will not screw down tight.

While your at it, but new o rings for all your deck fittings. Common to see them dry, cracked or have taken a set. Especially important on fuel fills.

66061-3 is the Attwood part number for my replacement cap without having to buy the whole filler neck replacement

Does anyone know how to access the starboard side windshield washer solenoid? It's not spraying and I've taken apart and blown through the little deck fitting and black tubing. Thanks, Bob

Are all of the caps (fuel, water, waste) the same size? Is it 1 1/2” NPT?
Wouldn’t mind picking up a spare, possibly even basic PVC, for emergencies in case one gets lost.
