Does anyone know if there is wifi coverage along the Georgetown waterfront?

Playing hooky on Monday and wondering if we can get some work done if needed.

Not that I have ever seen. All the SSIDs that pop up are secured or belong to nearby phones. We have a MyFi device that we use for that kind of activity.

I agree with John. I have never seen open wifi. I rely on cell data service when I need to work on the boat in Gtown.

It ended up being a beautiful day on Monday. Perfect weather, very little boat traffic on the river, and plenty of room on the dock in Georgetown for a nice birthday meal at Tony and Joe's.

The majority of the boat traffic seemed to be tour boats and various law enforcement boats.

Didn't end up needing the wifi after all.
