2015 Sea Ray 470 Sundancer
Engines
Twin Zeus QSB 6.7 480HO Diesels POD Drives
Everything was fine prior to the hurricane coming through. After the hurricane I have hydraulic fluid leaking around my starboard engine with this warning message.
"Warning message wheel end stop disabled helm 1"
The tide went very low. May have sat in the mud during the storm.

Ideas??

I think there is thread dedicated to Sea Rays with Zeus drives.

First question I have is what are the condition of your batteries?
The sensors are known to be voltage sensitive.
Once you are confident in the condition of both batteries I would try to reset via all keys off and then key on to restore steering wheel self‑centering and to attempt to erase fault code.

You are in the pod specific part of the forum

I got this message once when the engens were keyed on and not running.
I turned on the keys ( Key on ) and then touch the joy stick without the engines running and got the message.

To clear the message I turned off ALL power to the motors ( Computer ) My mechanic ( Pod Guy ) told me to do a hard start on the computer.
Not sure about the oil without see it.
I would have someone start the motors and turn the joy stick when I am in the engen room looking around for the leak.
I would check the valve body on the back of the pod, my friends leaked there.

Thanks for the information. All batteries were dead due to a stuck float switch and a hurricane. Everything is changing up now but I have the code. I'll try a reset and look for a leak as recommended. Thanks again

If water got into the pod bay, check all connections on the pods to make sure no water has gotten into them, especially the steering connections on the actuator manifold.
