Looking for a cockpit cover for a 2005 Sundancer with fiberglass arch.

Your best bet is probably to order one from the OEM, Great Lakes Canvas. There has been another thread on this recently. Apparently they offer 10% off for Club Sea Ray members. Seems like the regularly have 25% off sales as well although not at this moment. They have the original template and can just make it for you. Otherwise you will need a canvasmaker to make a template for it.
