Buy yourself a small 110 VAC inverter. With your boat being a 06 I’ll bet you have the flat panel TV the power load is not that great.

HomeDepot has one, http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1vZ1xr5/R-100539705/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053

At 150 watts with a 300 watt peak load it will be more than enough to power your TV. It is small enough to mount behind the TV.

I will definitely look at that. I thought the inverter draw quite a bit more than a straight 12 volt TV.

We used an inverter. There is a 12V cigarette outlet on the backsplash toward the head. You can plug in there and run an extension cord if it’s only a temp thing. Also, on our boat it is a flat panel TV. Not sure on the draw?
