Walmart non-toxic antifreeze

It is online for 2.98. You could show them that and they will honor the price.

Are you sure you didn't see a different product? I saw a prestone product for $4.98.

Seems like the web site checks your location and provides a price based on that. Here's a partial screen scrape when I follow your link:

Zecol 1-Gallon -50 RV Antifreeze

Item #: 185127 | Model #: 95106
$5.97

Same stuff. Put in a new zip, select a store there and you can get a different price. I put in the zip for Cincinnati and it shows the $2.98 price.

I would call and ask.

That link brings me to $3.98 at my nearest store (Union, NJ).

Just FYI.....The price in my area at Lowes was 4.98 per gallon and I called and they sold it to me for the 2.98 per gal price (nice find!)

I don't believe this was a personal attack, nor is there a reason to be offended. That is just an old saying just meaning that just because someone has been lucky once doesn't mean you will be forever. There is unquestionably a difference between the RV " cheap" stuff and marine grade anti freeze. You may use the non marine stuff forever and never have a problem. BUT, you might just as easily cause premature wear on your engines. There's no reason to ignore the facts.

I found the MSDS on the walmart product. It is Propylene glycol
