Vitricore Repair

What's involved in repairing those little bubbles that show up, mostly on corners, between the clear coat and the material itself?

Can I somehow glue that bubble back down before it spreads too big, or am I looking at a major project?

Thanks,

Mike

Sorry to tell you that but there is no way to repair bubbles and company what used to manufacture vitricore is out of business.
Sea Ray don't have any leftovers for last 2 years.
Check you local sea ray dealer maybe they have some left but this is very unlikely:(
if bubble is close to edge I had some luck putting crazy glue on razor blade and slide between clear plastic and paper design and glue them that way, but I didn't find way to fix bubbles far from edge :(

I would call sea ray and ask them. They used outside contractors that would travel all over to do thier vitracore warranty repairs.

If anyone has the stock of that stuff, it would be those companies.

I know in New York it was this one outfit out of Florida, dont know about the rest of the country.

Thanks for that link.. ...it's a keeper. Maybe it should be added to our list....or is it there already.... :smt017

Thanks for the link. I will try to contact them and ask. I'll try to contact Marine Max and ask them as well.

I can't see replacing the facing in the whole galley for a few bubbles. But, I would like to try to fix these bubbles before they spread, and then require refacing all of the cabinets.

Thanks,

Mike
