Virginia Beach Area

Well... If that is your boat in your Avatar, I'm impressed with the 300DA styling. How many planes you keep on her?

Welcome. I'm temporarily from VA, in Norfolk due to the following.
Hope it dies down for a Sunday departure.

There's a good group of Sea Ray people in the area and we have some get togethers every year. The ones I attend are sponsored by Browning's Marine and their sales guys. Lot's of places to go. Is this your first boat in the area?

Dave: Are those pictures out in the Hampton Roads area by the Navy yard or is that down by Lynhaven inlet/CBBT? And who is the dumb ass out in the sail boat?

Keeps you humble...

That's the thing about the southern bay. The waves can be a real pain with depths going from 60 feet to 15 feet and all the tidal flow and wind. Becomes like a soup bowl sitting on a scratching dog and can swallow your boat if you are not careful. You always need a bigger boat.

humble it is , amen! I will agree on the bigger boat, when I thought I would be swollowed up on the nuesse, a big jarret bay went by, he looked dry and unaffected.
