Hey I started a Group for all those of you who are proud owners of vintage Sea Ray Boats. It would be great to get a collection of photo's and information to showcase these beauties.

Can the early 80's come to play? I think the vintage lines so admired in the 70's ended around 1982 or 83. Hull and looks changed a bit after that.

Thanks for starting this for those of us that are turned on by classic Sea Ray lines.

Hey Chuck, I didn't start the thread but you're good company to be with. Now I'm thinking about what toys to add to Old Skool over the winter for next years raft up.

Hi guys, just joined the new group. Thanks Jack!! I can't really post much right now as I'm many miles down the lake and using internet stick. Works good just a little slow. Will upload stuff next week when I get back.

Sign me up! Should this be moved to the Classic Sea Ray forum? It might get some more exposure.

I just purchased another Sea Ray, the first was 1974 and now a 1977 24 ft. cuddy cabin with twin 140 hp. Just went through both I/O and tune up on both engines, but haven't put it in the water yet.
It has a sink / head / refrigerater. I don't know anything about the boat and NO manuals. Where can get the info on this boat ?? doe's any body know ?? Could use youw help.

Sea Ray website has user manuals on all their boats. Downloadable PDF files. They don't care much for us 'classic' owners on the forums though, I don't think! Wouldn't accept my hull I.D. for posting. Too old maybe? I did get the manual, however. Good luck. Post some pics.

I almost didn't make the cut, but sign our 79' SRV195 up too! For pictures check out my album.

Hello, great idea. Im fairly new to the site so enjoying it but having difficulties getting some pics up. Check out my albums. I have a 77 300 weekender and a 76 300 weekender. My uncle has a 300 sportbridge(78). lots of pics.

Well, we only used it once this summer but it worked great. We put a new 3 step telescoping swim ladder on it also but it never got a chance to see the water, but it should work way better than the original step which didn't go deep enough.

I think it (the swim platform) is going to hold up very well & last a long time. It was very sturdy when we used it & is just the right height off the water. Looks good too!

I think we're going to give the ol' girl another chance next year & hopefully we'll use 'er more.

Nothing to do now but wait this winter out. Friday was near 50 degrees & sunny. Today (Sunday) it's 11 degrees, windy & 1-2 inches of this white crap on the ground!

1976 Sea Ray 200 here.
Mercuise 888. 188 HP
Just picked it up. Going to start my restro this winter. Replace the interior.
Trying to keep it original as possible.
I’ll pull all the side panels and install new vinyl on them this winter. I’ll probably end up buying new seats not repairing old.
