I purchased a Helix 5 for my 04 Sundeck and had marina install it, they hooked it up to my switch for accessories on the dash. I now purchased a VHF and want to install it and also connect it to the Helix. The VHF has a nice set of instructions for the GPS connection, but the Helix does not. Should the Helix have a cord that came with it for this purpose and I just connect the two? Also, as far as powering the VHF, there appears to be one more fuse location (with no fuse) for another accessory, is this where I make the VHF connection and then just get a fuse for that circuit?
