Vessel View problem

On my 2 day new '08 330DA, my RPMs on Vessel View are erratic at start-up and on 2/3 occasions normalized after 5-10 minutes. At the last start-up, they remained highly erratic, reading from 0-actual RPM and never normalized. The RPM guages were equally erratic, bouncing up and down. All other readings seemed accurate: water temp, oil pressure, volts. I tried resetting the Vessel View by disconnecting the power at the batteries by pulling the fuses and waiting 2 minutes before reinserting. This was actually done because Vessel View froze and all guages went to zero. Any ideas on how to fix this? I should mention it constantly reads 4 warning codes: Check pitot speed, check GPS speed, Check fuel senders, check port trim sender. I have no MPH reading on the guage, no fuel guage readings, and no port trim reading.

Russo Marine is aware of the problem, but I'm away on the boat for a week and if it is something simple, then it would be nice to know my RPMs.

Thank you for your time.

Many of the 2008 Smartcraft had problematic software that had to be upgraded and reloaded. The dealer should have checked on whether yours was updated prior to your taking posession of the boat. But, mine did not and they didn't catch it until this spring during re-commisioning. They fixed it, although I never had any problem. The only issue I have is that my fuel on the starboard tank jumps up and reads full once the tank gets to @ 60% empty.
