Hi all ,my port prop shaft turns slightly when in neutral,is there an adjustment?Ive read the merc #9 manual several times this week and there is no mention of it.Could this be from lack of use it hasnt been used but a few hrs each year for the past 3-5 yrsand usually only at low speeds.I think some one said it could be a slightly high idol also ,any help ? Thanks

I was always told that the slight movement while in neutral is normal and is proof that your clutches where in good shape and everything was good. I have had the same thing happen with new and used Velvet Drives. I have had a few worn out Velvet Drives and this has never happened. I would not worry about it.
