310 Sundancer with vacuflush. Tank is not discharging. When I push down on lever, more water enters the bowl. Potential cause and remedy?

Is the vacumn pump running?

If yes, how long does it run before stopping?

Lol, probably the duckbills... Not there are not 5 other things that could be wrong, but the default csr answer - the duckbills!

Check to make sure your "Head System" breaker on the DC panel is "ON". Without power, the vacuum generator will obviously not work. Before you try flushing again, turn off the water pump on the DC panel and disconnect any "shore water" to avoid just adding more water to a system that isn't going to move it to your holding tank. You should be hearing the pump run once the system is "ON".

Since it's a 2012 boat, I'd bet you have a blockage in the line. Sometimes a good plunger will push the blockage through, sometimes you have to take the thing apart. Get a manual bilge pump to suck the water out of the toilet first. or you'll make a mess.
