Our V-berth is motorized so I press a button and it will recline or sit up.
For some reason, it won't work--- hit the buttons, and nothing happens.
I seem to have power to the control.

Any advice?

And, is there any way to manually move the berth up and down?

Had the same issue. Open up the access panel in the starboard wardrobe closet. You will find the bed controller behind it. I found a connector not seated on the bed power supply box (must be for the remote). The harness was too tight. I needed to reroute the wire for a better fit.

I checked to see if the remote was plugged in, and it was- it looked like a power plug that plugged into a GFI looking outlet on the box?
Same?

Update....

I check all of the connections. Everything seems to be in place.
When I hit the control button to move it, I can hear the box in side the closet "clicking".
Is this a relay? Or control box?

I can't find it in the parts catalog.

Maybe this is faulty?

I thought it was the relay. Mine would only click as well until I re did the wires. There is a control box that is powered and then the remote cable plugs into that if I remember correctly (it's been 2 years since the issue). I cannot remember what the plug looked like but I thought it was a round connector. I think you may be looking at the power connector and not the remote.

Gotcha.
Just checked the remote.
Unplugged and replugged everything in. Still just clicking.
I really want to access the motor, but the removable panels don't give much access.

Did you ever find out the issue? I am having the same issue on my 330.

I have an 2008 330 and its been acting up for a couple years. Now it basically will not move unless I start the engines then it works perfect. In the dock it will start to work then stop and the unit in the closet starts a constant high pitched wine.

I have the same issue as well now
What did others find the fix to be?

I am also having the same issue where the controller clicks when I push the recline button. Will not go back up. I am curious what others found to be the problem? Thanks!

Have a 2009 330 and was getting a long beep when trying to use V berth last weekend. Thought it was a faulty inverter at first. I removed the panel and plugged the v berth into a 120 outlet and it worked fine. Turns out I had dead batteries and a bad alternator.

Same issue here too 2009 330. Look like my inverter is dead but also actuator. I plugged actuator into another 120 v outlet and still nothing. Did anyone replace actuator?

I have a similar issue to others previously mentioned. I am able to flatten the bed but unable to retract into upright position. It doesn't appear to be a power issue. I am getting power to the control box behind the panel in the hanging closet. I get a clicking sound when I press the down button, but I do not get any sound when I press the up button. I have reached out to Linak directly and now awaiting a response. I don't know if it's a remote control (Part#HB41000) or control box (Part#CB9140AE1-00115), or both. Unfortunately, both parts are not available for purchase on-line from anyone. After doing some research, I found that Linak makes a similar part (#CB9XXX) that has a number of possible configurations (see attached file). Just can't tell whether I can get a configuration to mirror what's in my 2008 vessel. I will respond back when/if I hear back from Linak. Trying to do this myself and not involve my local Sea Ray dealer. I've had issues before where they replaced an inverter, but I think that only temporarily masked the underlying issue with these systems. It's the only thing I regret about my 330 SD.

Has anyone found a way to manually lock the bed in either the up and down position? I’m indifferent on whether the actuator works or not just don’t want the bed slipping down from the up position while underway.

We have the same problem. Just purchased the boat, no instructions on how the V-berth works.

My 2008 is doing the same thing. I hear a click with the down bottom, but nothing when I try to raise the bed up.

Wow guess these actuators or actuator components all fail at around the same time , because I too am having issues. I'm not electrical savvy but the link provided to bypass all the Linuk components seems like an option. Wish someone that fixed this issue without reconfiguring it would chime in. I've called SeaRay but as always they are clueless.

I just bought a 2012 450 and the bed remote doesn't work. I believe there is an actuator under the bed but can't find any tech info on it. Also not sure if there is a control unit and where it is located. Any intel on this from the forum would be appreciated.
