Upper Mississippi conditions.

We’re supposed to take a boat trip this weekend (June 8-9) from Alma to Lacrosse. There’s about 10 boats going. I have heard there is some flooding and lots of floating debris. I’m thinking about canceling. Has anyone boated that section of river recently? What are the expected conditions for this weekend? Thanks.

I'm up where the Mississippi meets the Minnesota. My marina has been flooded for a couple of months. Now we're getting a major storm today. I'm not sure about down there, but I'm not crazy about running into dead-heads or whole trees for that matter. I'd call a local marina or look at the local LaCrosse news to see what's happening.
