It was time for an upgrade, as our LCD screen was virtually shot. We called Raymarine and they advised the direct replacement was the i50/i60.

Unfortunately, things don't seem to be a direct replacement. Is there a wiring harness and/or kit I can use to make this work? Will my current transducer still work as well? They haven't offered much support.

I'm excited to add this! I've attached pictures of the old and new.

I just did a i50 install in place of a ST60 tridata. The original uses Seatalk connector and the new one uses a Seatalk NG connector. I cut wires and spliced the three Seatalk wires to the appropriate NG wires.

NG red to Seatalk red
NG yellow to Seatalk yellow
NG black to Seatalk shield

Thanks guys. The adapter spur has been ordered. I'll let you know how it turns out. I'll be relieved to have a working depth finder and speed-o again!
