Does anybody know of a marine in NJ on the Hudson that will remove a 410 boat off a trailer and put it on the hard for a week while I reassemble the radar, props Etc. I already called Liberty Landing and would like to talk to a few other marinas.
I don't know if they would help you, but when we go to NYC area, we stay at Great Kills Yacht Club on Staten Island. It's a smallish member run club, but they have a yard and travel lift and the friendliest bunch of DIY's I've ever met. Might be worth a call.
Beyond Liberty Landing I can't think of any within the area you defined. However, you might want to consider Nyack/Tappan Zee Marina and Haverstraw New York where you will find exactly what your looking for.
Just thought of one....Try North Hudson Yacht Club in Edgewater, NJ. Im pretty certain they have a travel lift. Good luck
I had a good experience at Liberty Landing about three years ago. While they did not work on my boat I found the deck hands and operational people to be very accomodating to me as a transient boater.
I used Liberty Landing. They did a good job and you cannot beat the view as you pull out of that marina.
