I'm selling off what I have. Started making my 3rd Gen ones that mount to the trim tabs.
I have 2 sets of the 1st Gen lights I made. The colors are green and Royal Blue. One set of each. These use 24, 3watt LED chips with a total power of 72 WATTS. These just get powered by your battery.
I also have 3 sets of Royal Blue 2nd Gen ones that use a power supply. These are 50 WATT CREE chips that are as bright as the 1st Gen ones.
The last set is the 2nd Gen with a power supply and wireless remote. Just connect to the battery and use the remote to turn them on and off.
I have sold many sets with no failures. These are very bright and easy to install. All lights come with instructions and everything needed to install.
These are a FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS.

Without the remote where is the switch to turn them on/off? Do you wire them to the rockers at the helm?

Yes, just like any other light. You can put your switch anywhere you want.

No website. I started making these for myself as a hobby. All my friends like them so I made more. It then grew to friends then friends of friends ect.. I only make a bunch every winter still as a hobby. Turned out they work real well.. I only have 2 sets of these right now untill I can find a new Machine shop guy. Here's is a little closer pic. ( not making the 6 led one. This is my boat )

how much would you charge for the tab lights? i like them. i have a ton of stuff that needs to be done this winter to the boat so it might not make it to the list of purchases this year.

Tab lights will be between $350-$400. If I can find a cheaper machine shop, maybe a little less.

Per pair or each? Are these RGB or fixed color? I've been thinking about adding tab lights for a while, just haven't found the right solution yet, yours look like they might be what I'm looking for!

Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks again guys....I had an overwhelm of want for these lights over the past 2 weeks. Depending how my winter goes and how the 3rd gen ones work out I may try to build a few for sets of the 2nd Gens for the rest of you that contacted me. If I can get to it I will post back. For those of you that bought, Please follow the install instructions and they will last a long time...Thanks again...

Thanks for the super fast shipment! Lights are extremely well made, heavy duty and have great instructions. Im actually excited to winterize my boat! Maybe a bit too thrilled at the moment.
