Here in SoFla we see this all too often. Owers are out of town most of the year, zincs are eaten up and running gear disappear.

How could anybody not know that is going on How did he find out decide to take to boat for a ride one day and oh look we have no props did he not notice the oil slick around the back of his boat from the drive oil leaking out
