uline problem help please

i have a uline icemaker in the cockpit. All functions work but it will not release the ice from the tray. It makes the ice fast but when the clock tries to release the ice it will not break free. how is this controled. Does the tray have to heat up in order to release or is this timed

Yes, the tray does have a heating element which softens the cubes to the point when those little fingers can eject the cubes. Not sure how to check the element, but if you go to http://www.repairclinic.com/ they have the ability to answer most questions on line 24/7. (I was very impressed with their service)

Have you checked the temp. setting? I know if it's too cold that can affect the results. Also check your manuel in the troubleshooting section...Ric
