I am going to mount a flatscreen in my 03 340, on the overhead panel above the aft bed entrance where sea ray mounts them. Will the bracket just bolt thru the fiberglass there and where do I bring the power in from?

I can tell you that in those boats, we had a special muff for the TV option. If you do not have a TV now, you have a closed/solid dash muff, when it was an option we had an open framed muff. You can mount your TV on the vinyl muff but I don't believe you'll be able to thru-bolt it. Your wires on the other hand are included in the options package when your harness is made (per boat) so someone else maybe able to help you out on how this is done, since I'm pretty sure your not the only one to venture in this project. You might be able to talk to your dealership and ask them "how to".
