TV Outlets not working on 420

Hello,
I replaced gfi and tv outlets still will not work on my 2004 420.
MIcrowave is fine and has power. What breaker in panel controls the tv and gfi under the guest bathroom?
Also, is their any simple image of the boat layout....where the outlets are located on boat? I googled it and find nothing.

Per the manual there are four (4) GFI receptacles:

1. Galley, inside the lower cabinet under the sink.
2. Master head upper storage cabinet above the sink.
3. Guest Head upper cabinet aboe the sink
4. Cockpit, inside the Port Storage locker.

Thanks,,, Changed out the guest head gfi and no change. Will not trip.
Checked Cockpit.. all good
Checked Master Head. all good
Will check galley under sink.... missed that one ... will check.

If the button on the GFI doesn't trip the outlet, it either a bad unit or wired incorrectly

ON the manual.. Switches and recepticles 2.25.1 diagram. it has (c) powervent ( D) , fuse (e ) galley.
What is the fuse in middle of both switches?
How do you open it? WOndering if that could be my tv propblem. Microwave works.. outlet on counter works.
Just no tv in either location.
