Fetterman has been a train wreck from years ago. Wants to legalize crack, release felons, just a mess.
As far as his mental stability...it probably would be a shock to have never had a job for 51 years and all of the sudden be placed in the limelight
 
Mentioned before my daughter moved and changed her voting district. She received something in the mail from the election folks and ignored it assuming it was the info for her address change. When she went to vote they would not let her vote as they said she had received a mail-in ballot. She never requested a mail-in ballot. After some arguing she went to the court house and they went ahead and let her vote. She is registered republican and this was the 2020 Presidential election. But wonder how many people gave up and didn't vote? And wonder what % of those were republicans?
