Thinking about a trip to the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City, NJ....


Possible dates: 20-22, 27-29 July or 3-5 Aug


Anyone interested????


Any preference on dates or alternate dates???

We might be up for this. I'll keep tabs on this thread. We could do a 3 day trip from Friday to Sunday. Its 61 miles for me from the Raritan bay to Seaside so that is about 3 hours. Then I think it's another 60 miles to AC or more. So I would split the trip problay into 2 days going and 1 coming back maybe.
 
Gary wants to go. He loves that place.
 
Ron's wife won't let him take his boat on trips twice in the same season.
 
We might be interested!!! We are thinking about Bailing in LL, No Pool, I grew up in Manhattan so the sites have been seen!! I'll discuss with the Admiral! Rod will you be talking the Pooch?

yes, We bring the pooch everywhere... Like Gary, I grew up on a farm, so we like going to NYC...

I am trying to coordinate a weekend down there with few friends. Once I have it figured out, I will let you know the weekend. Maybe it will line up with your plans. I would be coming down with my wife, kids, dog and another family of 4. I understand that they refurbished the pool area at the Golden Nugget (formally Trump Marina), so it should be a nice trip.
 
Just a reminder, If you sign up for Marina Life (free membership) you get 20% at the Golden Nugget, just mention you are a Marina Life member when you make your reservations... It came out to $2.22 a foot last year for me...

FYI - the dockage discount is for Sunday through Thursday. You also get .10 off/gallon.

We got the discount last year on a Friday and Saturday for the in water boat show...


We are thinking 27-29 July... I have check on room, does that work?
