Trim Tab Fluid Leak

I went to check out the boat this weekend and noticed fluid leaking around the piston of the port side tab. It appears to be leaking between the hull and and the bracket of the piston. Is this a seal issue? Anyone else ever have this problem?

If it's leaking from between the hull and the upper hinge, it sounds like it would be the pipe nipple. I would pull the actuator assembly and re-seal the threaded connection. See page 5 here:
