Bought our 330 DA late last summer. Naturally no trailer was included. $3.5k in hauling and storage for the winter had me looking at trailers. I purchased a like new, 2 year old Venture model VATB-18025 trailer a couple weeks ago. EOH brakes on all 3 axles with 18k carrying capacity. Maybe a little oversized but should work well on our 330. I have it scheduled early June to have the marina haul the boat with their travel lift and fit the trailer to my boat. I will be assisting with this. My question comes is placement and fitting this style trailer to my boat. Specifically the shafts, props, rudder, and exhaust outlets. The bunks extend a couple feet past the aluminum frame rails. Ideally the bunks should extend to the transom but in my setup, I’m not sure that’s possible. The underwater exhaust outlets may interfere. Anyone have pics of their setup?

I have an 07 310, so i'm not sure how much help this is, but here's a couple of pics of my trailer. I had it custom made by Loadmaster Trailers in Port Clinton,Ohio, and they take everything into consideration when building it, such as what you're talking about.

Wow, beautiful trailer. I like the side bunks and considered adding something similar. Also guessing those are guide poles along the frame rails. Considering adding them also.

I don't think the bunks need to extend all the way to the transom. Otherwise you are correct ..the bunks will interfere with running gear/exhaust, etc., possibly causing damage.

Here's a photo another member posted awhile ago of a V-Drive 340 sitting on a trailer. You can see the bunks sit well ahead of any sensitive parts

Thanks, I couldn't be happier with Loadmaster, and their trailer. Yes those are guide poles, I'm really glad I have them, we usually have at least a breeze, so they really help keep it straight.

Agreed on the bunk setup. I would not be worried if the bunks did not extend to the transom. I bought a similar trailer for my last boat. Just find your clearance to the mechanical stuff and make sure you have enough tongue weight assuming you are pulling it with the single wheel Dodge in the pic. If I didn't have my boat loaded right, it would pull the back of my 2500 Duramax around. I went around a tight right hand turn and when the tri-axles caught, I thought it moved my a@@ by 3' (which was probably 3")!

Thanks for posting the pic. Looks like a similar setup to what I have. I think it will work fine.

Thanks, yes, pulling it with the Dodge in the pic. It is a 3500 but I could see where the single rear would get pushed around. I will certainly verify tongue weight when I set it up.
