As a mid-winter discussion topic I was wondering where those trailerable boat owners keep your boat "in" and "off" season, how big and how often you trailer.

I was trying to do this as a poll type question but couldn't figure out the software. Anyway these are the questions.

Stored outside on the trailer in the summer, The same in the winter but under it's own tent. So $0 for storage.

We trailer to and from EVERY weekend, so at least 20 trips if not more. Mileage to and from is approximtely 50 - 80 miles.

The boat is a 250 DA (bolt on swim step or bow pulpit not included) so it's a TRUE 25 and tip to tail is about 30 feet.

Mine are on trailers in the back yard. I do get a wet slip at a local lake (25 miles) from time to time for a few months or more. I trailer a total of 8 - 12 times per year including 2 or 3 trips to Lake Powell (about 300 miles) and an occasional trip to San Diego (350 miles). When I do have the slip, it runs 350 per month.

Anybody know why my signature only appears in some of my posts?

In garage if more than 1 week between trips. Outside if 1 week or less. fyi: garage opening is only 9' x 7' leaving only inches on sides and less than inch on top. to get in!

This year I have stored in someones metal pole barn.

Every weekend the weather is nice (unless we are only going to be gone from the lakehouse for a couple of days before returning and then my neigbor lets us slip at his dock)
