A few of you remember my Saga with my trailer being converted to Disc Brakes this spring and the hubs failing on my return trip from Canada. Well I get it back today:
New axles front and back new brake lines, pads, hubs, bearings

All on their dime. They apparently did not install the conversion kit's seals on the back of the hubs correctly and they lost any ability to hold the grease. I really appreciate them stepping up to the plate.
Hopefully the weather peels back a bit so I can take her out this weekend.

Hey Todd....good to see you here

Sure is funny how those seals work...bet they didn't let any dirt or water in!

At least it turned out good, now as you say if the weather will let up.

The bearing buddies area different style than the "brand Name" which I like but they are there this time. I may install the others myself. Any way I now have a 1984 EZ~loader which is like new. I didn't get it yesterday because they said they attempted to bleed the brakes before I was to pick it up and one of the bleeder valves either broke or was defective. So She's in the water at the dealer so we may go for a ride tomorrow. 65 degrees and sunny I'll take it!

UPDATE:
Well they fixed it and I picked it up a couple weeks ago.
They replaced everything:
New Spindles, Axles, brakes, brake lines, even trailer marker lights , Real "Bearing Buddy" brand bearing buddies- all no charge.
But......
The next day I took it back because one of the wheels didn't look like it was aligned correctly and it didn't "feel" right. The service manager said "I'm glad you did". They found that the tech did not tack-weld the axle plates to the rails which keep them from rotating, so the first time I went to stop they rolled over "yanking- out" all of the nice new lines and apparently damaging the fittings

So, I was hoping to pick it up last Friday, but no call. :smt013
I really like this dealer, they usually much more responsive but because I'm not dropping a dime and it's not 85 degrees outside I think I'm the "filler" project. :smt021

Just venting, but I want my boat back :smt089
